Kathy is a CPA and has a background in both public and private accounting. She has worked in the industries of manufacturing, banking, and long-term care. Kathy has over 20 years' experience in public accounting as an auditor, tax preparer, and consultant assisting small businesses, individual clients, and non-profits. Kathy is a graduate of Mount Mercy College, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is a past president of St. Mary’s School Board and has served on the Manchester Library Board, Manchester Chamber of Commerce Board, and Delaware County 4-H Horse Committee. Kathy and her husband Dan live outside of Manchester, Iowa and have two children. In her spare time she enjoys attending her kids’ activities, watching sports, riding horses, and traveling.
